He was predeceased by: his parent Rolla Blair. He is survived by: his parent Maxie Withrow Blair; his wife Lola Edna Blair; his children, Adam Blair of Spenceer, Joseph Blair of Rock, Sara Ward of Burlington, N. C. and Robert Blair of Hewitt; and his sister Jean Smith of Pagosa Springs. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five step grandchildren and five step great grandchildren.
