She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Mullins and Stella Evans Mullins; her son Steve; and her siblings, Steve, Roscoe, Denzil, Albert, Willard "June", Conley, Robert "Book", Kenneth Mullins, Anna Bell Ramsey and Beatrice.
She is survived by: her husband George E. Harper; her children, Kathy Kidd, Vickie Reed (Joe), Terry Holstein and Jeff Harper (Terri) of Gandeeville; and her siblings, Frances Chapman and Connard Mullins. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
The family suggests donations be made to Hospice.
