It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond L. Foster Sr. of Galloway, West Virginia, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foster and Geneva Carol Foster (Gour); his son Raymond "Ray Ray" Foster II; and his siblings, Roy Foster, Richard Foster, Christine Farris and Carol Sue Marks.
He is survived by: his daughter Erica Frantz of Transfer, PA; his daughter-in-law Viola Foster-Mancini (Mario) of Masury, OH; his stepchildren, Juanita Esmond, William Garlock and Edward Garlock; his grandchildren, Stephen Frantz, Destiny Frantz, Sonya Frantz, Michael Frantz, Raeschelle Sydlowski (Jacob) and Raymond Foster III; and his siblings, Aneta Farris of Philippi, WV, James "Ronnie" Foster (Carol) of Manassas, VA, Roger Foster (Ethel) of Galloway, WV, Elnor Martin of Dugspur, VA, Patti Dobbins (James) of Simpson, WV and Edith Starkey (Gary) of Astor, WV.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
