He was predeceased by: his parents, Loring Wagner of Nebraska and Bessie Jane Wagner (Wine); his wife Marylou Jean Wagner; his nephew Tim McDonald (Brenda); his brother Frank Wagner; his daughter Donna Luff; his son-in-law Todd Luff; and his granddaughter Megan Luff.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Haddix (Randy) of Buckhannon; his grandchildren, Justin Luff, Jenny Luff (Johnathan Evix), Joshua Haddix (Brittanni) and Andy Haddix; his great grandchildren, Shelby Luff, Bella Sites, Lauren Evix, Marshal Evix, Ashley Luff, Joshua, Allen and Matt Haddix; and his nieces, Melody Simmons (Donald) and Anita Simmons (Joey).
