He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Woyan (David) of Milton, WV and Julie Whitt (Mark) of Gallipolis Ferry; his grandchildren, Payton Waybright (Kasey) of Ripley, WV, Brady Whitt (Amy) of Gallipolis Ferry, Drew Woyan of Milton and Amanda Woyan of Milton; his great grandchildren, Reese Whitt, Addalynn and Everlee Waybright; and his siblings, Roy Martin of Gallipolis Ferry and Evelyn Wright of Gallipolis Ferry.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home (2226 Jackson Ave, Point Pleasant, WV 25550). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
