Rice (Long) of Gallipolis Ferry; his children, Beverly Ellen Ross (John) of Point Pleasant, Phyllis Elaine Lively (Ronnie) of Point Pleasant and Mervin Rupert Jr. Rice (Nadine) of Bozeman, MT; his stepdaughter Bridgette Long of Lexington, KY; his brothers, James Harrison Rice (Robin) of Anstead, WV and Marcus William Rice (Janice) of Southside; and his sister-in-law Barbara Rice of Sumter, SC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
