She was predeceased by: her parents, William James Richardson and Nellie Virginia Richardson (McDaniel); her husband Fred Robert Wiskow; her son Robert Wayne Badgley; her siblings, Anna Belle Stewart, Dorothy Jean Davis, Virginia Sayre, Opal Casto, William Howard Richardson and Thurman Odell Richardson; and her grandson Steven Mills.
She is survived by: her brothers, Kenneth James Richardson and Eugene Richardson. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
