Mary A. Lanz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary A. Lanz of Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on December 15, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Parker and Edna Husselton; her husband Robert Dale Lanz (Bob); and her siblings, Bud, Lois and Evelyn.
She is survived by: her son Rev. Philip; her daughter-in-law Irene Lanz of Cross Lanes, WV.; her grandsons, Cody (Courtney Lanz), Philip (Lauren Lanz), Rev. Trevor (Hannah Lanz), Nathan Lanz of Cross Lanes, WV and Beau (Cassidy Lanz); her great grandchildren, Claire, Cora Lanz of Winston-Salem, NC, Judah, Gideon Lanz of Plainfield, IN and Piper Lanz of Huntington, WV; and her sisters, Dorothy Roberts and Barbara Hobbs (Clyde).
Due to COVID the memorial will be family only; however, the family would like to invite all to come via FB live @ Gallipolis First Church of the Nazarene.
In lieu of flowers, Mary requested that the proceeds go to St. Joseph's Indian School, PO box 326, Chamberlain, SD 57326.
