He is survived by: his significant other Mary Kay Fielder (Smith); his niece Heather Lorraine Fielder (Amy Denise) of Gallipolis Ferry; his brother Shaina Martin (Jeff) of Glenwood; and his nephews, James Fielder (Debra) of Glenwood, Richard Fielder of Gallipolis Ferry and Clarence Fielder (Edna). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
