She is survived by: her son Joe L.; her daughter-in-law Jodi Shinn of Point Pleasant; her daughter April L. Taylor of Gallipolis Ferry; her stepchildren, David C. Ebert II (Megan) of Point Pleasant and Stefanie M. Gillispie of Ravenswood; her brother Thomas Fisher (Sandra) of Gallipolis Ferry; her grandchildren, Breanna Stover (Cody) of Versailles, KY, Brandin Shinn (Taylor) of Point Pleasant, Jarred Shinn (Brooklyn) of Point Pleasant and Nicky Taylor of Gallipolis Ferry; and her great grandchildren, Braxtin Shinn, Berkley Shinn, Lincoln Shinn and Blaire Stover. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren and 11 step-great-grandchildren.
