He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Paugh (Ida) and Ida Gill; his daughter Kathy Paugh; and his brother Jack Paugh. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Paugh of Gallipolis Ferry; and his children, Debbie Bumgarner (Lee) of New Haven, Becky Coleman of Florida, Jackie Paugh of New Haven and Joe Paugh of Milton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
