He is survived by: his wife Diana Smith of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; his children, Shaina Martin (Jeff) of Glenwood and Travis Smith of Point Pleasant; his stepchildren, Nancy Holley of Gallipolis Ferry and Jamie Holley of Apple Grove; his stepgrandchildren, Lindsey Kessell and Emma Robertson; his siblings, David Smith (Nancy), Daniel Smith, Judy Pennington (Ray) and JoAnn McNeely (Tom); and his sister-in-law Kitty Clark. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
