He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Harper of Gallipolis Ferry and Emilia Diaz Harper of Malakoff, Texas.; his brothers, Harry Diaz, David Munoz and Humberto Munoz; his brothers-in-law, Gregory James and Robert Hammack; and his great-niece Alexis Marissa Johnson.
He is survived by: his sisters, Janice James of Euclid, Ohio, Paula Jackson (Keith) of Houston, Texas, Sylvia Hammack of Richmond and Cecelia Munoz; and his nieces and nephews, Gregory James II, Joey James, Keith Jackson II, Robert Deal, Chris Deal, Derek Hammack, Taylor Johnson (Brandon) and Melissa Geary (Jake).
