He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Plantz; his children, Terry Barclay (James) of Oak Ridge, TN, Howard Plantz (Kelly) of Apple Grove, Timothy Plantz (Janis) of Gallipolis Ferry and Amey Carr (David) of Gallipolis Ferry; and his grandchildren, Justin, Eric, Jenni, Jessi, Madison, Estella, Alisha, Devin and Ruthie. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
