He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Chambers and Helen Tedrow Chambers Bungard. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Franklin Chambers; his brother David Chambers of Deluth, GA; and his children, Jason Chambers (Barbara) of Springfield, Nathan Chambers of Moundsville, WV and Kara Hall (Benny) of New Martinsville. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and a niece.
