She is survived by: her husband Dorrance Vinson Stover of Gallipolis Ferry; her son David Eugene Woyan (Peggy Ellen) of Milton; her stepson Todd Stover (Marcy) of Gallipolis Ferry; her grandchildren, Drew Elijah Woyan of Milton, Princess Amanda Elynn Woyan of Milton and Ryan Stover of Gallipolis Ferry; and her siblings, Nancy Fowler of Nitro, WV, Joyce Parsons of Crown City, OH, Bonnie Bengert of San Antonio, TX, Joseph "Butch" Fowler of Leesville, LA and Albert Fowler of Red House, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home (2226 Jackson Ave, Point Pleasant, WV 25550). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
