She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Otho Smith of Gallipolis Ferry; her daughter Reba Leport of Henderson; and her parents, Frederick Littleton Newell and Reba Juanita Williams. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Smith, Alberta Patterson (Tommy), Janice Smith of Gallipolis Ferry, WV and Frederick Smith (Darlene) of Henderson, WV.; and her grandson Bryan Otho Smith. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
