He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph L. Fowler and Geraldine Fowler (Barker); his siblings, Connie Fowler and Larry Fowler; his wife Irene Lydia Fowler (Sauer); his grandchildren, Matthew Miller, Ethan Miller, Jordan Hall and Brandon Hall; and his siblings, Joseph L. Fowler, Albert Fowler, Joan Shamblin, Nancy Fowler, Evelyn Stover, Joyce Queen and Bonnie Bengert. He was also cherished by two children from a previous marriage, Laura and Blaine Miller of North Dakota, Anthony and Diana Fowler of North Dakota; and three children.
