He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Tice Hostuttler; his children, Brent Cox (Diana), Faron Hostuttler and Sheri Elder (Bob); and his brothers, Larry, Stanley and Gary Hostuttler (Linda). He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
