He is survived by: his wife Carmon Lola Young Bailey; his children, William Bailey, II (Jennifer) of Silverdale, WA and Wendy Sims of St. Marys, WV; his brother Thomas Bailey of Martinez, GA; and his grandchildren, William Bailey, III, Elizabeth Bailey, Geniver Bailey, Czar Bailey, Gerald Bailey, Katherine Bailey, Magadalane Bailey, Sarah Bailey, Danielle Bailey, Joshua Bailey, Jeremy Bailey and Justin Bailey.
