She is survived by: her husband John Parson; her sons, Mike Higgins (Karla) of Vincent, OH and John Higgins (Betty) of Belpre, OH; her stepchildren, Mike Parsons (Connie) of New Smyrna, FL, Bob Parsons (Celeste) of Barlow, OH and Becky Westbrook (Greg) of Williamstown, WV; her grandchildren, Dalton, Austin, Mathew, Michelle, Katie, Nathan, Neil, Isabella, Jay, Olivia, Cory, Chelsi, Colten, Caitlyn, Aaron, Bobby, John and Megan; her brother Clyde Little (Leslie); and her sister-in-law Mona Little. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
