It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Liberty Nicole Parker of Friendly, West Virginia, who passed away on September 30, 2021, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Judy Biggs. She is survived by: her parents, Barbara Cates and John Parker; her siblings, Kristen Parker, Cheyenne Parker, Destiny Parker, Emma-Lee Parker, Willow Parker and Randy Cates; her children, Aiden, Brilee and Xavior; and her grandparents, Richard and Vickie Davidson.
