With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim Edward Dawson (Friendly, West Virginia), born in Sistersville, West Virginia, who passed away on December 4, 2019 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Raymond Dawson and Hazel Pearl Owens Dawson; and his siblings, Rick Dawson and Janice Dawson. He is survived by: his children, Lacie Michele Sturm (Tyler), Alexander James Dawson and Mallory Nichole Dawson; and his siblings, Leonard Dawson, Doug Dawson (Vickie), Mike Dawson (Bettina), David Dawson (Kathy), Rodney Dawson, Phillip Dawson (Kim), Jody Earnest (Alan), Deborah Smith (Jim), Sheila Smith (Scott), Tonya Brown (Jim) and Sonya Stewart (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews with several great nieces and nephews.

The family is asking in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Ingram Funeral Home.
