He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Rollins Hinkle; his son Roderick Wayne Hinkle (Barbara) of Buckhannon; his stepson Mark Allen Smallwood of Terra Alta, WV; his daughter Debra Kay Hinkle of French Creek; his grandchildren, Broderick James Hinkle (Alexandria Herron) of Buckhannon, Ashley Nichole Fulton of Buckhannon and Sawyer Smallwood (Sherry Butcher) of Buckhannon; his brother David Ray Hinkle (Rhonda) of French Creek; his nephews, Charles Brent Heater (Joyce) of Grafton, OH and Michael Hinkle of Buckhannon; his niece Jodi Hinkle of French Creek; his uncle Jack Douglas of Middleton, DE; his cousins, Pamela Wilhelm (George) of Middleton and Kevin Detamore; his close friend Jack Wodzinski (Beverly) of Buckhannon; and his caregiver Irene Mae Carpenter. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
