He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryant F. Moore and Hazel E. Reel Moore; and his brother Orien "Bud" Moore. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Moore; his daughter Lori Moore Jestice of Buckhannon; his granddaughter Natalie Jestice; and his sisters, Brenda Chidester of Rock Cave and Julip (Bill Spence).
