With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Leslie Sutphin of French Creek, West Virginia, born in Fairfax, Virginia, who passed away on June 26, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Breeding Sutphin; and his brother Robert "Robbie" Sutphin. He is survived by: his father Robert Sutphin of Annapolis, MD; his children, Clarissa Umble (Joseph) of French Creek and Richard L. Sutphin, Jr. (Stephanie Vines) of Buckhannon; and his siblings, Alfred Sutphin of Annapolis, Debra Dunton (Mark) of Rosedale, MD and Dylinna Sutphin of Annapolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
