He is survived by: his children, Vanessa Heavner (Lawrence Lance) of Buckhannon, Lindsey Riggs of Buckhannon, Travis Riggs of Buckhannon and Justin Riggs of Buckhannon; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Caleb, Colin, Izabella, Graeson, Matthew, Palmer, Lillyana, Rilea and Nova; his great grandchildren, Emmit and Quinton; and his siblings, Gregory Dale Riggs of Buckhannon, Robyn Riggs of Buckhannon and Janie (Derek Younkman) of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
