He was predeceased by: his nephew Nathan George. He is survived by: his fiancé Terry Tenney; his daughters, Melinda Moore (Matt) and Zerrick Malcomb; his foster son Jacob George; his siblings, Tim Malcomb (Crystal), Jeff Malcomb, Sandra George (Eric), Judy Cutright (Bob) and Linda Williams; and his pets, Sissy and LuLu. He is also survived by five grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
