She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lindell Dillon and Ruby Alice Dillon (Jarvis); the father of her children Bill Starcher; her daughter Gayle Neil; her son-in-law Lynn Fortik; her great grandchild Jacob Hypes; and her siblings, Glen, Lee Roy, Alvin Dillon, Wanda Lawson, Nancy Thomas and Ada Dillon.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Starcher; her children, William "Bill" Starcher Jr. (Brenda) of Persinger, WV, Joan Morrison (Paul) of French Creek, WV, Sharon Kay Overbaugh, Diane Fortik of Troy, OH, Roma "Pete" Starcher of Columbia, MO and Kenya Starcher (Rob Moyer) of Las Vegas, NM.; her brother Gary Dillon of Tioga, WV; her grandchildren, Amber, Erica, Christopher, Jennifer, Amanda, Matthew and Jack; her great grandchildren, Madelyn and Declan; and her friend Fun.
