He is survived by: his wife Robin Tigner of French Creek; his sons, Thomas Tigner of Frederick, MD and Charles "Chuck" Tigner of South Carolina; his stepchildren, Allen Slater (Cindy) of New Windsor, MD and Hannah Slater (David Brightful) of French Creek; his stepgrandsons, Dillon and Dalton Slater; his stepgreat-granddaughter Paige Slater; and his grandson Dillon.
