He is survived by: his son Dustin Reifke (Inga) of Potomac, MD; his siblings, William "Bill" Elmer of Rock Cave, Samuel "Sam" Elmer of Silver Spring, MD and Sharon Elmer of Silver Spring, MD; and his grandchildren, Sienna and Clive Reifke. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
