He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stover and Sylvia Stover. He is survived by: his wife Lavaughn Stover; his children, Gloria E. Thompson of Arkansas, Ronnie E. Stover (Heather) of Florida, Wilma Tennant (Howard) of Texas and Terry Stover; and his siblings, Faye Collins of South Carolina and Charles Stover of South Carolina. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
