She is survived by: her sons, Glenn A. Adkins III (Diana) and Jay Adkins (Tia); her grandchildren, Katie Rowe (Casey), Chase Adkins (Kristin), Sydnee Adkins, Patrick Flora (Rachel), Ashley Marion (JR), Trey Chapman, Isaac and Isaiah Pierson; her great grandchildren, Kyle Rowe, Jase Rowe, Noah Marion, Tucker Rowe, Cora Adkins and Theo Adkins; and her brother Russell Akers (Alice). She is also survived by many friends, and other family members.
