He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Keith Legg of Whitehouse and Jessica Lynn Legg of Southside, WV; his parents, Kenney Legg of Fraziers Bottom, WV and Linda Legg of Fraziers Bottom, WV; and his siblings, Anita Fowler (Steve), Darrell, Dean (Mona), Tim (Paula), Brian (Shanna) and Shane Akers. He is also survived by friend since childhood, Courtlandt "Corky" Smith; his cousin.
