She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Glenn Adkins and Eloise Kerns. She is survived by: her children, Robert Cook Jr. (Sherrie Cook) and Deann Cook; her grandchildren, Kalyndee Cazad, Micayla Cazad, Brenna Cook, Pat Cochran, Ceira Gremillion and Tyler Cochran; her great grandchildren, Evan Gremillion, Peyton Gremillion, Georgia Mae Cochran, Chloe Cochran and Lua Nohe; and her siblings, Judy Rogers, Earl Adkins (Charlie), Kandy McKinney, Rhonda Adkins, Jane Midkiff and Randy Midkiff.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to Deal Funeral Home to help cover funeral expenses.
