It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Nevin Waybright Jr. (Franklin, West Virginia), who passed away on November 16, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nevin Waybright, Sr. and Millie Ryder Waybright; and his brother Tim Waybright. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Conn Waybright; his former wife Regina Cassell Gum; his children, Nevette Hall (Winston), Shawn Brock, Jessie Ash (Matt), Pam Judy (Johnny) and Javan Waybright (Daniel Harrell); his siblings, Lori Wayne (Jeff) and Danny Waybright (Tifaney); his grandchildren, Benjamin Burke-Ash, Kayleigh Brock, Lucas Ash, Riley Ash, Dalton Ash, Aidan Ash, Jessica Judy, Kayla Judy-Scheibner and Kyle Judy; and his great grandchild Josephine Harper A. He is also survived by nieces and nephews And a number of great-nieces and great-nephews.
