With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wesley Michael Teter of Franklin, West Virginia, born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on November 15, 2021 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Reford Simmons; and his uncles, Timmy Teter and James Teter. He is survived by: his parents, Jackie Teter (Sisson) of Arbovale and William Sisson of Proctor; his grandmothers, Cornelia Hartman Teter of Franklin, Paternal and Treva Simmons; his sister Tonya Nesselrodt (Matt); his niece Maddie Grace of Franklin Two; his brother William Jacob "Billy" Sisson of Franklin Timothy; his aunts, Sue Bockey, Sandra Vint and Judy Harrison; and his grandfather Jake.
