He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Burgoyne; his nephew Ryan Harper; and his siblings, Michael Burgoyne and Maggie Harper. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ellen "Sandy" Burgoyne (Hise); his children, Nikki Burgoyne (David Carper) of Strasburg, VA and Jeremy Evans (Kimeran) of Morgantown, WV; his sister Laura Bilek of Binghampton, NY; and his grandchildren, Willa, Declan, Daleigh, Hadley, Camden and Maddox.
