With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Cooper of Franklin, West Virginia, born in Fort Seybert, West Virginia, who passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Samuel and Lola Belle Anderson (Guyer); her husband Morris James Cooper; and her sister Alma Jean Harper. She is survived by: her nephews, Marshall Harper (Donna) of Brandywine, WV and Jeffrey Harper (Ronda) of Vienna, WV; her great-nephew Garrett; her great-nieces, Megan and Carrie; and also, Andrew, Elizabeth, Leah, Sarah and Emryn.
