With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia M. Midkiff of Franklin, West Virginia, born in Ranger, West Virginia, who passed away on September 17, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Fulks and Gladys Fulks; and her siblings, James Fulks and Janet Leach. She is survived by: her husband Roy Midkiff; her daughters, Gayle Midkiff (Derrick Sigmon) of Charleston, WV and Pamela Applegate (Randy); her sisters, Elsie Midkiff of Richmond Hills, GA, Rose Ann Ekers (Eddy) of Elyria, OH and Alice Thomas; her grandchildren, Andrew Applegate, Katlyn Boyd (John) and Garrett Applegate; and her sister Delores Mays. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
