She was predeceased by: her parent Roy Elwood Bowers. She is survived by: her spouse William E. "Bill" Skiles; her son Michael Elwood Skiles; her siblings, Ruthalene Judy, Sue Ann Dunn, Mary Frances Griffin, Linda Kay Rowe, Jerri Lou Ruppert, Diana Pinson, James Earl Bowers, William Eugene "Buck" Bowers and Martin "Marty" Bowers; and her granddaughters, Misty Skiles of Dover, DE and Miranda Skiles of Franklin.
