He was predeceased by: his parents, Dice Warner and Annie Warner (Bennett); his spouse Loveain Warner (Hedrick); his son David Wayne Warner; and his siblings, Ralph Warner and Nola Warner.

He is survived by: his daughter Carol Hoover (Rick) of Franklin, WV; his grandchildren, Tim Hoover, Melanie Moyers (John) and Derrick Hoover (Kaila); and his great grandchildren, Brisco, Americus, Keid, Makenna, Marleigh, Bryer, Andrea, Ashton and Ellanore.

Memorials may be made to Christ Central Church, Upper Tract, WV.
