It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Jack Simmons of Franklin, West Virginia, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Simmons and Eva Mae Simmons (Halterman); and his grandson Corey Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rose Simmons (Kimble); his children, Manda Teter (Andy) of Franklin, WV and Michael Simmons (Robin); his siblings, Helen Bowers of Franklin, WV, Carolyn Warner of Franklin, WV, Freda Borror (Paul) of Petersburg, WV, Linda Furrow of Vancleave, MS, Bonnie LaBossiere (Richard) of Broadway, VA, Sheril "Buck" Simmons (Lula) of Franklin, WV, Harlan Simmons of Franklin, WV and Roy Roger Simmons (Karen) of Harrisonburg, VA; and his grandchildren, Caylie Simmons, Evan, Kaylie and Karissa Teter.
