She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Edgar and Mary Jane "Tiny" Smith (Roby); her husband Herbert McKee Hartman; and her siblings, Bill, John Harold Smith and Rose Rohrbaugh Andrews.
She is survived by: her children, Lois J. Mitchell (Jimmy) of Franklin, WV, June M. Nelson (Jerry) of Franklin, WV, Cricket Lambert (Dennis) of Franklin, WV and Roy E. "Bud" Hartman (Susie) of Franklin, WV; her siblings, Doris Mongold of Maysville, WV, Donna Smith (Ron) of Woodbridge, VA, Robert Gerald "Bob" Smith of Maysville, WV and Gary Wayne "Joe" Smith of Maysville, WV; and her sister-in-law Ruth Kile of Franklin, WV. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson.
