It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Pitsenbarger Jr. of Franklin, West Virginia, born in Avon, Ohio, who passed away on July 12, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ralph. He is survived by: his parent Arvella Mae (Lambert); his daughter Falisha Norris (James) of Hedgesville, WV; his stepdaughter Leanne Breeden of Elkton, VA; his siblings, Sheila Rexrode of Franklin, WV, Shelly Kate Monssen of Elyria, OH and Dennis Lambert (Cricket) of Franklin, WV; and his grandsons, Noah and Jacob Norris. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
