He is survived by: his spouse Gail Melissa Wright (Moats) of Franklin, WV.; his children, Kanika Shipe (Greg) of Harrisonburg, VA, Dezira Varner (Mark) of Franklin, WV and Zethan Wright (Josie) of Harrisonburg, VA; his brothers, Kevin Wright (Jeannette) of Franklin, WV and Sherman Elwood (Esther) of Franklin, WV; his half-siblings, Joe Madden of Harrisonburg, VA and Diane Madden of Harrisonburg, VA; his grandchildren, Roman, Declan, Keionna, Alec, Madison, Zykijah and Zarian; and his stepgrandchildren, Carolyn and Cash. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
