He was predeceased by: his parent Ona Virgil Hoover. He is survived by: his parent Minnie Olive Propst Hoover; his spouse Carolen "Jane" Bennett Hoover; his daughters, Tammy J. Warner of Franklin and Wanda Barr of Franklin; his siblings, Patricia Curran, Maxine Rader, Marilyn Edwards, Milton Keith Hoover and Rodney Hoover; his grandchildren, Davina Warner, Payton Barr and David G. Warner II; his sister Norma Jean Harper; and his son-in-law Christopher Barr.
