She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmoth Raines and Edna Jane Harper; her spouse Dale W. Bland; her brother Barry E. "Huck" Propst; and her son-in-law James Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Davis and Andy Bland (Julie) of Franklin One; her brother Lannie F. Propst; her grandchildren, Megan Austin (Matt) of Summerville, SC, Laura Meek (Michael) of Chesapeake, VA and Kolton Bland of Franklin One; and her great grandchild Mason Meek.
