She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Preston and Maude Mae Weikle (Knight); her spouse Alvy F. Humphreys, Jr.; her sister Agnes Dixon; and her great grandchild Sara Kayt Hott.
She is survived by: her sons, Alvy F. Humphreys III (Tambyra Joy) of Franklin, WV and James Robert Humphreys (Melodie Starr) of Glen Allen, VA; her siblings, Eva Mae Miller of Union, WV, Mervin of Union, WV, Elwyn of Union, WV and Ronald Lee Weikle of Union, WV; her grandchildren, Cassandra Ann Chisler (Eric), Rebecca June Heavner (Ben), James Robert Humphreys, Jr. (Caroline), Katrina Diane Hott (Adam) and Thomas Aaron Humphreys (Raquel); and her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Tori, Eve, Evan, Hannah, Tuff, Leo and Stella.
