It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall David Hammer (Franklin, West Virginia), born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on November 23, 2019, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Reed Hammer (Marie Wilson) and Melinda Kay Warner (Chris) of Franklin.
